“A classic case of ‘you get what you pay for’. Having met over six firms to quote for my new gates, and been disappointed in some way by all (late, overly expensive, lack of solutions/ ideas, conflicting safety information, even not bothering to send a quote at all, etc.), I finally found MF&S; also recommended by a friend. From the first call to the final sign-off, they have been nothing short of first-class. The focus on customer satisfaction is superb (how it should be I’d argue, but so often lacking these days). The installers were without exception friendly and knowledgeable and nothing could have been too much for them. Whenever I had a question or issue, “You’re the customer, we’ll do it however you want” was the answer more often than not, it’s in their DNA.
